The recent weeks have been filled with travel and compelling interviews as R31 begins it’s Almost Unsolved: Heists docuseries. From meeting former FBI agents and a Federal Marshal, to an author who’s covered one of America’s biggest heists from the 1950’s, it’s been an absolutely fascinating journey so far.
The production of Heist, a new spinoff of Almost Unsolved, has launched into motion. This series’ focus will be slightly different from season one in as it follows riveting cases of heists that have nearly gone unsolved. Starting from when the case first opens, each episode will follow a distinct timeline as investigators try to understand who did it, how they did it, and where the loot ended up. Each case is uniquely intriguing as these criminals can be quite clever but also callous when it comes to pulling off a heist and getting away.
